Refund Policy

At Bloodhound Shop, we strive to provide high-quality merchandise. We understand that issues may arise. Please review our return and refund policy. Please note that all vintage or antique items will inherently show signs of natural wear and tear any major imperfections will be described in listing. 

• All Sales Are Final: all merchandise is sold as-is and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Damaged Packages: If your package is damaged during shipping, please save the box and file a claim with the postal service. Once Bloodhound Shop receives reimbursement, we will issue a refund.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product, please email us at kelly.bloodhound.shop@gmail.com. We will provide a return shipping label and send the correct product once we receive the incorrect item.
