By booking a workshop, class, reiki session and or purchasing merchandise with Bloodhound Vintage, LLC you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms: Full payment is required to secure your spot.
2. Refund Policy: Classes and Workshops are non-refundable.
3. Liability Waiver: You release and hold harmless Bloodhound Vintage, LLC its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages.
4. Confidentiality: You agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during sessions.
5. Personal Responsibility: You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
6. Cancellation Policy: Bloodhound Vintage, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events.
7. Intellectual Property: All materials provided remain the property of Bloodhound Vintage, LLC.
8. Agree to all transaction and processing fees.

9. Not responsible for customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.

10. We reserve the right to dismiss a participant from an event if, forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying takes place.
